COMMUNITY SERVICE DAY
Holds annual community-wide day of service that promotes volunteerism throughout Fairfax County. Families, corporations, groups, and individuals participate in activities that improve Fairfax County. Projects include landscaping a recreation center, painting a group home, participating in a food or clothing drive, planting trees along highways, and cleaning stream beds.
